   Christ forgives even the most deadly sins if we genuinely repent and firmly resolve to sin no more
   Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead is a preview of Jesus' resurrection for our justification
   By the precious blood of Christ, the blood of the spotless and unblemished Lamb, we have been redeemed
   The single-minded dedication that Christ recommends caused him and will cause us to be persecuted
   Idolatry alienates us from God and requires intercession to reconcile us with him

   A Christian's righteousness must exceed that of the most righteous people in Judaism, the scribes and Pharisees
   How a Christian should pray for the things that he needs so that his prayers will be answered
